It works

Seems to be a bit oversized (and a smidge overpriced for what it is) but does the job it's meant to do.

Not much to say, fits snugly, won’t fall off. Keeps everything tidy. I always use one.

Inconsistent Quality

I've ordered a few syringe caps. two of the three fit well. The 3rd fits very loosely on the 10mil syringe. It "works" but only so long as the syringe is stored in a specific way. Otherwise, it just falls offs as soon as I move or pick-up the syringe. The other two work great. QC could just be better.
