Shipping policy

It's important to start by clarifying to customers that order processing times are separate from the shipping times they see at checkout.

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

We strive to ship within the continental US within 1 week however, we cannot guarantee any timeline, such as potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems, environmental issues that are outside of potential control.

Risk Of Loss / Foreign Shipments
You acknowledge and agree that all items purchased from us are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

If you request that we ship an item to a country outside the U.S. you acknowledge and agree that those shipments may be subject to taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of the shipment is responsible for all import fees.

All international shipments must include a local phone number for proper contact for import fee / duties.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at radarlaboratories@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If one of your carriers falls into this group, you should look up their policy and communicate it to your customers here.
